ADMINISTRATIVE
ORGANIZATION
Our program coordinator has been with us since 1988 and is responsible for planning the weekly activity schedule including the evening programs. Our staff coordinator has been with us since 1992 and is responsible for hiring the staff. Together they are responsible for overseeing the staff who implement the program.
12 department heads supervise
and organize their department and
staff. 6 group leaders are in
charge of as many as 48 campers and
their respective cabin counselors. The unit head for the youngest campers has been with us since 1988.
