Ann
and Nat combine to fill the role of
head counselor. Ann is involved with
all campers
on a daily basis and is there to nurture
and support them. Nat oversees the
management of the staff
and program.

Ann
Greenfield is a mother and an educator
who taught in public and private schools.
She worked beyond a Master’s
Degree in education and was a camper
and a counselor for many years. She
was the president of Golden Slipper
Women, a Philadelphia philanthropic
camping organization.

Nat
Greenfield is a non-practicing attorney.
He spent 18 consecutive summers (14
in Maine) as a camper and counselor.

ADMINISTRATIVE
ORGANIZATION
The three program/staff coordinators
have been with us since 1992 and before
and are responsible for planning the
weekly activity schedule and for overseeing
the staff who implement the program.
Twelve department heads supervise
and organize their department and
staff. Seven group leaders are in
charge of as many as 48 campers and
their respective cabin counselors.
