ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION
The three program/staff coordinators have been with us since 1992 and before and are responsible for planning the weekly activity schedule and for overseeing the staff who implement the program. Twelve department heads supervise and organize their department and staff. Seven group leaders are in charge of as many as 48 campers and their respective cabin counselors.
