KITCHEN
& DINING HALL
Our entire camp eats together in the dining hall and our food is prepared fresh daily under the supervision of a trained professional kitchen supervisor who has been with us since 2000. Our chef Gary has been with us since 1960. There are two sous chefs and a staff of 12 support staff. Our staff prides themselves on quality, freshness and adherence to health standards.

All meals are prepared fresh daily,
and served family style. Campers sit
with their bunks in the dining hall.
Our meals are kid friendly but focus
on nutrition. We have a salad bar
at lunch and dinner. We also offer
a deli bar and vegetarian substitutes
are offered daily. Fresh fruit is
available throughout the day and evening
snacks are provided. Kosher meals
are available on request.

THEME
MEALS
Beyond our regular meals we also offer
bi-weekly barbeques, dress up theme
dinners (Chinese, Mexican, Hawaiian,
and Italian). On Friday evenings,
we serve a traditional Shabbat dinner.
