About Camp Robindel

Welcome to Camp Robindel, a premiere summer camp for girls since 1951. We are located on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. Here at Robindel we are dedicated to the well-being and happiness of campers and staff. We view camp as a small community in which each person is valued. While we run an athletically oriented program, our main desire at Robindel is to teach skills to children so that they may improve at their own pace, develop self worth and learn to enjoy the use of these skills. We believe in a healthy form of competition that encourages participation by all, promotes good sportsmanship and provides opportunities for girls to challenge themselves and grow. We feel strongly that the camp setting surrounded by nature, compassionate people, and camp spirit, provides an ideal place for children to make friends and develop lifelong skills. Generations of young women have spent their summers at Robindel, an exciting and beautiful place to call a second home. We are honored to be chosen as one of the “Best Summer Camps For Kids” by DuJour Magazine as well as one of “This Summer’s 22 Most Amazing Sleepaway Camps in the U.S.”

One of our alumni has authored novels about camp, based in part on the wonderful experiences she and her children enjoyed for so many summers on Lake Winnipesaukee. You can find her books HERE.

You will find Robindel’s core values throughout our camp community:
